Our 8 x 4 x 1 Himalayan salt tiles are one of our best selling dimensions for salt walls, backlit feature walls and health room installations. The tiles are hand-cut from natural Himalayan pink rock salt, which has formed over 250 million years beneath the mountains of Pakistan and which is 98%+ pure with 84+ trace minerals.

These are 8 inches wide, 4 inches deep, 1 inch thick. These are our standard size for most spa walls, wellness rooms, and house feature walls, and believe us they are heavy enough to be durable, but nice enough to be easy to handle on site! How the dimensions of 8 x 4 x 1 Inch is so effective.

Why the 8 x 4 x 1 Inch Size Works So Well

This size is also a good standard size to work with. It's a good size to cover a wall space and is quite successful at working with back lighting.

Because it is easy to cut around the edges and corners of the wall up, it can be used either in smaller accent walls or in an entire room and you will get a clean look to the finished product.
