Refund Policy
At Natural Salt Co., we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to make it easy. Please read our return policy below — it applies to all orders shipped within the USA and Canada.
Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be in its original packaging
- Come with a receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer. All returns must come through us.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative handling and will be deducted from your refund total.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be granted in the following situations:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts — when not caused by our error
- Returns requested after the 15-day window, approved at our discretion only
How the Refund Process Works
- Contact us — Email sales@naturalsaltco.com with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of purchase.
- Ship your item — Once your return is approved, send the item back in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Inspection — Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and email you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- Refund issued — If approved, your refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours on our end. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transfer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps first:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank — processing times vary between financial institutions

What Can and Cannot Be Returned
Eligible for return:
- Regular-priced items in unused, original condition with original packaging and receipt, returned within 15 days
Not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items — these are final sale
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
- Items returned after the 15-day window (unless approved at our discretion)
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, email us at sales@naturalsaltco.com with a photo of the damage and send the item to:

Gift Orders
- If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is received.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
- The 15% restocking fee and return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
- For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
