Cut from natural Himalayan pink rock salt at the Khewra Salt Mine in Pakistan and batch-matched within the pack for consistent pink-and-coral color.

About the Khewra Salt Mine Source
Every brick is cut from natural Himalayan pink rock salt at the Khewra Salt Mine in Pakistan, the second-largest salt mine in the world, with deposits dated to roughly 250 million years old. The salt is 98%+ pure sodium chloride with 84+ natural trace minerals. The natural pink-to-coral color is produced by iron oxide and trace mineral content in the salt deposit itself; no dyes, additives, or coatings are used at any stage. Bricks are precision CNC-cut and batch-matched at source before shipping to our Maryland warehouse.
