Shipping Policy

At Natural Salt Co., we work hard to get your Himalayan Pink Salt products to you quickly and safely. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship, where we deliver, and your local pickup options.

How We Ship

We ship orders using the following carriers, selected based on your order size and destination:

  • USPS — standard delivery for most orders
  • UPS — residential and commercial delivery (not available for PO Boxes)
  • Freight — used for large or bulk orders such as salt tiles, bricks, and salt room materials (not available for PO Boxes)

Please note: UPS and Freight shipping are not available for PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address when ordering large or freight items.

Sometimes orders with multiple items will ship in separate packages to get each item to you as quickly as possible. If your tracking shows separate packages, that is normal — it is all part of your order.

  • Hawaii and Alaska — shipping available, please contact us for exact rates
  • Puerto Rico — shipping available, please contact us for rates and delivery timelines
  • Canada — shipping available, please contact us for rates and customs information

Free Shipping

Promotional free shipping is available on select products within the USA only. Eligible products are clearly marked on our website. This offer does not apply to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Local In-Store Pickup

Prefer to pick up your order in person? We offer free local pickup at our location. Simply bring your order confirmation when you arrive.

Pickup Hours (EST):

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed
